| Maximum Seating Capacity | 300 people - 30 tables (72' round) with 10 upholstered chairs per table. |
| Dance Floor | Square, polished floor in center of hall. |
| Bar | Separate area with small sink. |
| Kitchen | Full commercial kitchen. |
| Parking | On-site (behind hall) and street parking available. |
| Outdoor Space | Outdoor garden and patio areas available and included with rental. |
Hall Rental Cost
Note that all fees must be paid at least 90 days prior to the event.

| Saturday - Full Day (Noon to Midnight) | $1500 |
| Sunday through Friday | $750 |
This fee includes use of the Hall, kitchen, tables and chairs.
In addition, the following fees (non-refundable) are also added:
| Cleaning Fee | $300 |
| Charged for the normal cleanup of the Hall and covers the normal cleaning, vacuuming, mopping of the Hall including the main floor, kitchen floor, bathrooms, and bar floor. | |
| Security Fee (6 Hours Minimum) | Up to 150 guests: $200 Up to 300 guests: $400 |
