On Friday, April 19th, we will tie palm crosses for Palm Sunday. If you are interested in helping, join us at the Church starting at 6:30 PM.

On Saturday, April 20th, we will celebrate Lazarus Saturday. The Divine Liturgy service will start at 10 AM with confessions following the service.

Also on Saturday, April 20th, we will host our Lazarus Saturday Sunday School Retreat. It will start with the Divine Liturgy followed by a light lunch in the Sunday School room. Our pastoral assistant, Christo Pappademos, will lead the students in a discussion on confession and forgiveness; followed by a Lenten project for the students to work on while they take turns going in for confession with Father Dino.

Next Sunday, April 21st, we will celebrate Palm Sunday. In addition, we will have a special Palm Sunday Luncheon following the Divine Liturgy. Come join us in the Tsakopoulos Hall for a Lenten lunch.

After next Sunday's service, the GOYA is selling beautiful Easter candles for Holy Week services. They are $20 for one or $35 for two. Please support our youth and pick up yours this coming Sunday.

Also on Sunday, April 21st, the Sunday School will host the annual Easter Egg Hunt. All children are invited to join us after the Diving Liturgy.

The full Holy Week schedule of services is posted on the Events Calendar.

On Saturday, May 4th, the Philoptochos will host their annual Mother's Day Luncheon. Tickets are $35 for adults and $10 for children 10 years of age and under. Tables of 10 are available. Deadline for reservations is April 21st. Please contact Mary Kondos to make a reservation.

The Kids 'n' Cancer Loukoumades Fundraiser raised enough money to send 9 children to Camp Agape this summer, at St. Nicholas Ranch and Retreat Center in Dunlap, California. The children afflicted with cancer get a chance to spend a week with their families, nurses, and doctors. They experience summer camp by hiking, swimming, riding horses, singing, and sitting around a campfire. Thank you to the Philoptochos Rebecca Circle for hosting the Loukoumades Fundraiser and to everyone who donated to this worthwhile cause!
